• Postage is £3.50 for 1 plant and then an additional £1.00 for every other plant ordered, so for example, postage for an order of 3 plants would be £5.50. We take great care when we package your plants and like to ensure it arrives safe-and-sound.

• Due to the nature of our product, we do not normally issue refunds. A replacement will usually be offered for faulty goods. All complaints must be made to us within seven days of receipt of your order. No responsibility can be accepted for failure after planting as drought, pests and diseases all take their toll.
